Stephanie Taylor is a Certified Nutritionist, having earned her credentials from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI). Her journey into the world of health and fitness began 20 years ago when she delved into the study of nutrition, fostering specific interests in gut health and sports nutrition. Since 2007, she has been a dedicated personal trainer, obtaining her diploma from NPTI and receiving certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Adding to her portfolio, Stephanie became a Crossfit coach in 2012, armed with a Level 1 Certification. In 2019, Stephanie expanded her eco-conscious pursuits by buying a farm, emphasizing regenerative agriculture, soil health, and pasture rotation. Her journey reflects a deep passion and commitment to overall well-being.
